"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great time! The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The private onsen is tattoo friendly so we could enjoy it. Mr. Hou at the front desk was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay! He helped us with dinner and photo spots and spoke fantastic English. I would recommend this hotel for foreigner visitors!"

The owners are very friendly and help with anything what we need. You can book the entire Onsen for yourself for one hour. Very close is lake Yamanakako with stunning views of My Fuji "

Our room was large and perfectly matched the description and photos. The private onsens are excellent, they are free and must be booked. There's even a sauna and a cold plunge pool. The hotel is very beautiful and the setting in the forest is very pleasant. We even saw does and stags! There are many restaurants nearby that are accessible by car.

"The hospitality of the staff. When we arrived they asked us if we wanted to book the blue or white onsen, we didn't know English so we didn't understand the difference. We booked the blue one, but when we entered the sauna wasn't working and there were no more available times in the white one, but the very friendly receptionist sorted it out. The next day after checkout, the owner asked us where we were going. After seeing the absurd number of transfers and the 5-hour journey that Google showed us to Kyoto, they drove us to a bus stop that took us directly there with just one transfer. Their hospitality is incredible. We are very grateful for the attention you give.
