Dress Code

Our restaurant maintains a dress code to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Patrons are required to wear casual clothes paired with shoes. Please note that attire such as bathrobes, swim suits, or slippers is not permitted within the dining area. This policy is particularly important for those visiting from the onsen, as it helps maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Breakfast

Start your day with a freshly prepared breakfast at Sansui Resorts Yamanakako. Our semi-buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, combining a freshly prepared main breakfast with a selection of beverages, salads, fruits, and other seasonal items available from the buffet corner.

To provide the best dining experience, we kindly ask all guests to reserve their preferred breakfast time and select their breakfast style in advance. Reservations can be made by scanning the QR code available in every guest room and at the hotel lobby, or directly through the restaurant booking page on our website.

Choose from two delicious breakfast options:

Western Style Breakfast – a hearty breakfast featuring classic Western favorites.
Japanese Style Breakfast – a traditional Japanese breakfast prepared with carefully selected local ingredients.

If breakfast is not included in your accommodation package, it can be added at any time during your stay for ¥2,000 per adult and ¥1,000 per child (7–12 years old) per meal (tax excluded). We recommend making your reservation in advance to ensure your preferred dining time and breakfast selection are available.

Dinner

Experience an authentic taste of Yamanashi at Fujigyusho, the signature dinner restaurant at Sansui Resorts Yamanakako. Opening on July 15, Fujigyusho specializes in premium Japanese gyukatsu and carefully prepared dishes showcasing high-quality local ingredients and regional flavors in a warm, contemporary setting.

Dinner is served daily from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. As seating is limited and every meal is prepared fresh to order, advance online table reservations are required. Guests can reserve their preferred dining time by scanning the QR code available in their guest room or at the hotel lobby, or by visiting the restaurant booking page on the hotel's website.
